The staff was amazing and very accommodating.
The HVAC system was not functioning properly . Despite being promised a room with air conditioning, the unit was outdated and ineffective. Unfortunately, I found dead bugs in one of the rooms.

Let me tell you, the culinary scene nearby had me drooling! Cicis Pizza and Hoffbrau Steak & Grill House served up some serious flavors that had my taste buds dancing. The spacious room was great for my family, and Christy at the front desk was an absolute gem, sharing laughs with us right from check-in!
Now, the HVAC situation was a bit of a bummer, as we were greeted with a whiff of history- the unit was from '97! With temps soaring, fans were the only remedy.

I had a nice time enjoying the cozy vibe in my One-Bedroom King Suite and the delicious breakfast spread each morning, which really set the day off right. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were great spots to unwind after a long day. Just a heads up, the air conditioning seemed a bit dated, but it didn't ruin my overall experience 😊

The front desk personnel were nice and worked hard to assist guests during a busy time. The One-Bedroom King Suite offered a spacious feel, providing just the right environment for a family to relax. I appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette. Guests have mentioned that the breakfast options were good.
It seemed like the front desk was understaffed, as there was only one person managing check-in during peak hours.
